A solid day for me is kicking back at my country house outside Winston-Salem. Coffee on the porch while my cats go nuts playing, hit the weights to keep these muscles solid, chase my kid around a bit, maybe fire up the grill for some burgers. Keeps it simple. But real talk, the good ones are when I actually get what I need. Not seeing enough of that lately.
